| Barry
Lee (a.k.a. Barry Janiszewski) was raised in E. Rockhill, Pa.
and started playing guitar when he was 16. At that time he
played in a Country/Western band and was influenced by the likes
of Buck Owens, Johnny Cash, and Hank Williams Sr....after
serving a tour in the USMC..he played in several electric bands
doing rock, blues and 50's doo-wop material...The band he worked
with in the Upper Bucks region was Interlude......during this
time he was exposed to Doc Watson and acoustic guitar has been
his obsession ever since.....his performances today consist of
American Folk, Bluegrass, Traditional Country, Blues, and
Contemporary Native American, primarily with partners Barbara
Christy and Chris Hawley as "Spirit
Wing"........he now resides in Northern Chester County
but his heart still is among the rolling hills along side of the
Three Mile Run Creek in Upper Bucks County....
